Hello, my name is Chef Big Willie and I have been in the food industry for over 20 years now. I graduated from GTCC in Culinary Arts & Hospitality in 2014 where I officially received my title as Certified Chef. Currently Gillespie Grill, which is family owned & operated, has coined a new home at The City Kitch with our own private suite to run our entire operation such as day to day operations, on-line orders, caterings, holiday orders, birthday’s, etc.
